With a background in HR, leadership coaching, intercultural communication, and group dynamics, she helps teams connect more genuinely and work together with greater ease and effectiveness.
Having lived and worked in Brazil, the U.S., and the Netherlands, she brings a sharp intercultural perspective that enriches her approach. Her Team Building Cooking Workshops are inspired by the principles of the Human Relations Laboratory method, a way of learning through real group experiences, reflecting on how we relate, communicate, and lead. The kitchen becomes a safe and relaxed space where teams can explore, listen to each other, learn together, and have fun all at the same time.
