The Heart Behind AndTeamUp

For Gisèle Moüsquer, learning has always meant more than theory—it’s about diving in, engaging fully, and sharing meaningful moments. Her journey began in Brazil, where she became fascinated by the dynamics of teamwork. As her path took her through roles in HR, leadership coaching, and intercultural management, she discovered a consistent truth: teams thrive when they’re invited to play, create, and connect.

From Brazil to the USA and then to the Netherlands, Gisèle collected insights on how culture, communication, and collaboration intersect. With a degree in Business Administration (HR focus), advanced studies in Intercultural Management and Group Dynamics, and certification as a leadership coach and supervisor, she brings both academic depth and real-world experience.

But her biggest revelation came not in a classroom—but in the kitchen. Among sizzling pans and chopping boards, she realized that cooking together builds trust, reveals leadership, invites joy, and—most importantly—brings people closer. Through AndTeamUp, Gisèle brings all of this together. Her workshops aren’t just about learning—they’re about creating moments that strengthen teams, spark insight, and build lasting connections.
